Paper and colouring pencils; a grown-up to explore with.

  1. Choose three colours to look for around your room or on a walk together.
  2. Pause and take a few comfortable, gentle breaths.
  3. Draw one thing you noticed for each colour.
  4. Talk about how you feel. There is no right colour for a feeling.
